Restored By Grace

A new inspirational devotion from Still, I Will! Ministries

Scripture: 1 Peter 5:10 (NIV)

“And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.”

God Is Not Finished With You

Life brings seasons of disappointment, loss, and suffering. But God’s Word reminds us that our suffering does not have the final word. God does!

The God of all grace is actively working in our lives, promising to restore us and make us strong, firm, and steadfast.

Restoration Comes Through God’s Grace

God’s restoration doesn’t always mean returning to the life we once knew. Sometimes He is preparing us for something entirely new. The trials we endure can deepen our faith, strengthen our character, and draw us closer to Him. God doesn’t waste our pain.

Stronger Through the Storm

Peter gives us four promises: God will restore us, strengthen us, make us firm, and establish us. Our suffering is temporary, but God’s work in our lives has eternal significance.

Take heart! The same God who has carried you this far will continue to sustain you.

Your Suffering Is Not Your Final Chapter

God is still writing your story. What may feel like an ending could be the beginning of something beautiful.

Remain faithful, trust His timing, and believe that His plans are greater than you can imagine.

Whatever season you are walking through today, remember that God's grace is sufficient. You may feel weary, broken, or uncertain about tomorrow, but God is not finished with you.

Your trials may have changed you, but God's grace is restoring you.

Choose today to trust His promises, embrace His grace, and walk confidently in the hope that He is making all things new.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for being the God of all grace. Thank You that my suffering is never wasted and that You are continually working to restore and strengthen me. When I grow weary, remind me that You are not finished with my story. Help me trust Your timing, rest in Your promises, and embrace the new beginnings You have prepared for me. May my life be a testimony of Your restoring grace. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Still, I Will!

Even through seasons of suffering, I will trust the God of all grace. I will hold tightly to His promises, knowing that He is restoring me, strengthening my faith, and preparing me for what lies ahead.

With Unshakable Hope,

Scott
